Gearing up for St Patricks Day

We are just days away from what I call St Patricks Day Season! The celebrations will start to get underway and here is a list to help you plan ahead:

March 4th: Stamford’s 28th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade at 2 pm at Columbus Park in downtown Stamford

March 5th: Norwich’s St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival is March 5 starting at 1 pm. There will be children's activities starting at Noon

March 11th: The Greater Hartford St. Patrick’s Day Parade starts at 11 am at the State Capitol.

March 11th: The Milford Saint Patrick’s Day Parade at 1 pm at Wasson Field Parking Lot on West Main Street. 

March 11th: Norwalk St. Patrick’s Day Parade from Veteran’s Park through South Norwalk starting at 11 am.

March 12th: The St. Patrick’s Day Parade in New London is themed “Everyone Is Irish for a Day,” from 1 to 2 pm starting at the corner of Bank and Tilley streets.

March 12th: The Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade at 1:30 pm starts at Chapel Street and Sherman Avenue and also has a family fun zone

March 17th: The Greater Bridgeport St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at noon at the Burroughs Community Center at Fairfield Avenue and Ellsworth Street

March 19th: The 26th annual Danbury St. Patrick’s Day Parade at 2 pm at St. Peter Church on Main Street. 

March 19th: Greenwich’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade at 2 pm at Greenwich town hall

March 19th: Mystic Irish Parade at 1 pm at Mystic Seaport thru downtown

March 25th: Essex Go Bragh parade at 11 am from Essex Town Hall.
