Hi there! Welcome to my little corner on the web. I come from far, far away… a place called... Hartford. I'm proud to say I've been your afternoon host on MIX for over a decade now!! Radio has been my life for 20 plus years and I really can’t picture myself doing much else. I'm a huge hockey fan & I'm super excited to be in the stands all season hosting Springfield Thunderbirds games at the MassMutual Center! On the side, I’m an instructor at CT School of Broadcasting and will jump in the public address booth for the Bridgeport Sound Tigers... and on occasion, the New York Islanders hockey teams.

Music is a necessity… Kings of Leon, Counting Crows, Live, Train, Pearl Jam, U2, Sublime plus Zeppelin and the Allman Brothers Band are some of my favorites. Favorite Movie: JAWS... Robert Shaw's "Quint" is the best movie character EVER! (quick trivia question: What kind of beer does Quint drink? Clue: It's made a nice comeback) Tombstone, Beautiful Girls, The Hangover and Old School are right up there too.

Best Concerts: Blues Traveler at the Oakdale in ‘96, Gov't Mule at the Oakdale in ‘04, Edwin McCain at the Iron Horse summer ‘04, Pat McGee Band at the Webster Theatre winter '04 (in a blizzard!) Adele acoustic in the MIX studio and Jason Aldean at Fenway Park!!

On the menu: Pizza!! Frank Pepe makes a mean pie in New Haven, CT and some think it's the best in the country... I agree!!... LOVE me some Red Rose too! Oh and beer!... local beer!
