A couple in Minnesota just got engaged after meeting in the hospital as teenagers when they both woke up from comas. Isabelle Richard and Zach Zarembinski's moms kept in touch, and they all got together for dinner a while back. Zach got Isabelle's number, and they've been dating for about a year.
