More than a third of U.S. adults aren’t getting enough sleep, according to the CDC, but it turns out, those in some states may be more bleary-eyed than others. Whether it’s from staying up late watching murder shows, kids waking you up in the middle of the night, or a snoring partner, millions of Americans are falling below the recommended seven hours a night, and new research uncovers where the drowsiest folks live.
- Amerisleep’s study on the most sleep-deprived states has just come out.
