- Their ninth annual Top Companies List has just come out, highlighting the employers that are investing in and committed to their employees.
- It’s based entirely on LinkedIn data on factors including employee skills growth, gender diversity, ability to advance, company stability and more.
- LinkedIn defines large companies as those with at least 5-thousand employees and 500 based in the U.S. and companies that laid off more than 10% of their workforce over the last year weren’t eligible.
- So, what is the best large U.S. company to work for in 2025? Alphabet, Google’s parent company, is number one.
- The list is dominated by tech and financial services companies, with six of the top 10 the same as last year.
- And according to LinkedIn, all of the top 10 companies are hiring right now, with more than 129-thousand job openings between them.
