  • Their list is based on the number of views each listing in those markets received in January, compared to the typical U.S. home.
  • The neighborhoods spread from coast to coast, and appeal to buyers for a range of reasons, from low home prices to larger homes to high-quality schools.

  2. Beverly Crest in the Santa Monica Mountains of Los Angeles, California - (this includes Beverly Hills’ famous 90210 zip code) median home list price $5.97-million
