Stay Overnight at the "Christmas Story" House

Who knew Ralpie would grow up to be hot after he shot his eye out?

Is your favorite holiday movie “A Christmas Story?” Then you’re going to love this! You can now reserve the house that Ralphie Parker and his family live in in the Christmas classic. The home that was used in the 1983 film is located in Cleveland, Ohio and it’s available for overnight stays.

The house at 3159 West 11th Street has been turned into A Christmas Story House & Museum and owner Brian Jones is inviting fans to book it for a sleepover. Overnight guests will have the private third floor entirely to themselves and can use the whole house after the museum closes for the night. Inside you’ll find:

  • A loft area that sleeps six with a bedroom, living room, full kitchen and bathroom
  • Ralphie and Randy’s twin beds
  • The “fragile” leg lamp
  • A Red Ryder BB gun, just like Ralphie’s
  • Props and posters from the movie
  • Vintage furnishings
  • And a tinsel-covered Christmas tree

You can make reservations year-round and rates vary depending on what time of year you visit. Some dates require a two-night stay, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and you’ll pay a holiday premium of $3,995 a night to go then. But you can also book a stay at the Bumpus House nearby, which was where their neighbors with all the dogs lived in the movie. You can check out all the details and book a stay on AChristmasStoryHouse.com.
