7 Foods to Avoid For a Nice Beach Bod!

Today is the OFFICIAL first day of summer.  How is your beach bod coming along? If you're running into a wall and plateauing, here are seven types of food you should do all you can to avoid because these will bloat you up faster than Violet Beauregard in Willy Wonka!

  1. Salty Foods.  DUUUHHH.  Chips and other salty foods have sodium and too much sodium will bloat you up!
  2. Greasy Take-Out.  Obviously General Tso's chicken or a big slice of pepperoni pizza will also make you feel like a beached wale!
  3. Soda.  Carbonated soda bubbles get trapped in your stomach and in turn...bloat you out and give you "CARB FACE"
