I don't care what anyone says! I don't care what the doctors say and I don't care what your mom says! FOR ME, When I get the FLU SHOT...I GET THE FLU! I've received the Flu shot 3 times in my adult life and all 3 times I got sick immediately after! I have not received a flu shot in 14 years and have not gotten the flu in 12.
BESIDES THAT...the rest of these health myths like "you'll get sick of you go to bed with a wet head" or "cracking your knuckles will give you arthritis" are just that...MYTH!
