Cody Foss, Executive Director of Kind Works, joins us live from the Travelers Championship to share how the organization spreads kindness through art, education, and community connection. Kind Works runs five core programs, all designed to inspire people to act more kindly toward themselves and each other. From in-school workshops to corporate programming, their work empowers people of all ages to see kindness as a superpower.
One of their standout initiatives includes the creation of kindness tokens and bells—handcrafted items made by volunteers and shared as tools of encouragement and positivity. These small gestures are meant to validate acts of kindness, spark connection, and even lift someone’s spirits on a tough day. Kind Works also leads large-scale community mural projects, bringing people together to build lasting works of art that reflect inclusion, compassion, and the power of working together.
