Tom Danyliw, President of the Cromwell Children’s Coalition, joined us live from the Travelers Championship to share how the group began and its mission to anonymously help children in need. 100 percent volunteer-run, the coalition works quietly behind the scenes to meet the unique needs of local kids, from providing bikes for first jobs to helping families after a loss. All support is completely anonymous to protect the dignity of the children they serve.
Tom shared how the organization’s impact has come full circle, with many kids returning as adult volunteers. With strong backing from local schools, town officials, and residents, the coalition continues to grow. Donations made through Birdies for Charity are matched at 15 percent by Webster Bank.
