We spoke with Christian Marshall-Jones, Marketing and Communications Coordinator from the Connecticut Humane Society about the adoptable pet of the week.
This week's Pet of the Week is Penelope! Penelope is an adorable four-year-old beagle with copper fur. Perfect Penelope can live in any size home, including apartments. She will be a great addition to a family with children who are gentle and respectful of pets. Penelope has not had much experience with cats or dogs, but may be willing to share her home with a dog-savvy feline or another dog. She is an excellent dog with lots of potential! This sweet girl will do well in a home where she can get plenty of exercise every day. Penelope will be a great fit for a family with general dog experience.
