We spoke with Stephen Morelli from the American Cancer Society about the Relay for Life of Farmington Valley celebrating its 25th Anniversary. To date they have raised $6.5 million dollars for cancer research and programs in CT. This year they are hoping to reach $7 million at their marquee event on May 31st in Avon.
The Relay For Life runs from 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 1st, through 10:00 p.m. Food will be available for purchase throughout the entire event.
