Steph Civitillio talked to Renee and Alex about her business and how it got started! Roux was named for Steph’s Maw Maw- Irma Roux Ford - who was born in Gretna, a city located on the west banks of the Mississippi River by New Orleans
Roux Cajun Eatery opened in May of 2021
They serve Authentic Cajun food and vibe from a Louisiana Girl.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Alex P. Taylor is the Yelp Connecticut Senior Community Manager. Some may know him as the Nacho King, creator of Nachovember- a month-long promotion highlighting all the great nachos in Connecticut.
