Today we spoke with Sgt. Christine Jeltema from the Connecticut State Police about back to school safety!
Sgt. Jeltema discusses the importance of obeying all bus lights and signals because with flashing bus lights comes children walking/crossing and it is important to obey these lights for the safety of the children crossing the road.
It is also important as students go back to school to watch out in crosswalks, as many students walk to and from school!
