Today is a special hour-long program dedicated to healthcare heroes in our state.

It takes a village and today, you are going to hear from some of our heroes! People you may know, heroes who may have impacted your life or the lives of your loved ones. They will inspire you to say thank you to your healthcare providers!

We are going to talk about what it takes to be a nurse. What it means to have a calling to care for your community. We'll also meet employees and patients who will share their experiences!

Joining us for the conversation are, Jeffrey Flaks, President and CEO, Hartford HealthCare with Mary Ellen Kosturko, Hartford HealthCare’s Chief Nursing Officer for the system.

  • Special guest nurses: Natalja Samudosky, Kristyn Koripsky and Kaitlin Bolster
  • Also joining our conversation, Stacy Asberry from Hartford HealthCare's Environmental Services Team
  • And finally we'll close with a heartfelt message from a grateful past patient, Kemauli Brown.
