Renee's Adoptables: Meet Tootsie!

This week, we have a dog that comes to CHS from Alabama as part of the Bissell Transport Program. She was found stray and was stuck, causing an injury to her toe that required amputation. She has been at CHS for over a month getting lots of training to get her accustomed to new people, places and things. She is quite shy and will need a very special family that can give her the time, and space to come out of her shell.

1 year old

Smooth coated collie mix

Spayed female

~ I can live in a single family home, condos considered.

~ I want to live with kids over age 14 who are calm, gentle and respectful of pets.

~ I may like to live with a respectful dog pending interaction.

~ I have not had much experience with cats but am willing to consider sharing my home with a furry friend.

~ I am a high energy kind of dog and am looking for a home where I can get lots of exercise every day.

~ I am a great dog with lots of potential. I need a patient family with shy dog experience.

~ I am still learning and want to get off to a great start in my new home, so I will need to continue my training here. (Obedience Training Required)
