Jasmine is Ready to Find A Family!

Meet Jasmine

Rottweiler / Mix

Hi, I'm Jasmine. I came from a very kind family who loved me lots! I'm a bit of a homebody and have spent a lot of my time here in a foster home. They say I'm practically perfect and just the best. I don't brag, but I am a very easygoing dog. I'm gentle, friendly, and like the simple things in life. Everyone here really likes me and is hoping I find the best home!

Facts About Jasmine

~ I can live in a single family home or condo.

~ I need a space with minimal or no stairs because I'm an older lady.

~ I want to live with kids over 12.

~ I have not had much experience with cats but I may be willing to share my home with a calm and respectful feline friend.

~ I am not a big fan of dogs and would prefer a home without other dog pals.

~ I am a relaxed kind of dog who will appreciate lots of time to sleep and lay around, but I still need regular exercise.

~ I am a great dog with lots of potential. I need a family with general dog experience.

~ I have some special needs but still have lots of life to live and love to give. Please ask the adoption counselor to explain when you visit with me.

CT Humane Society

About CT Humane Society:

Way back in 1881, a Hartford High School senior named Gertrude O. Lewis wanted to find a way to help the animals of Connecticut. She gathered support in her community – including some of Connecticut’s most prominent citizens of the time – and that very same year, Gertrude founded the Connecticut Humane Society.

And all these years later, the work continues. CHS is the oldest and most comprehensive animal welfare organization in the state, serving thousands of pets every year. As an independent nonprofit organization, CHS does not receive any funding from the government and is not associated with any national animal welfare groups. The pets rely solely on the generosity and support of donors and volunteers.
