Steve Prout and Rob Blaney Perform at Walk for Nutmeg Senior Rides

The Nutmeg Senior Rides released the following Press Release on January 30th, 2023:

Steve Prout and Rob Blaney to perform Irish, Celtic, Bluegrass, Folk and traditional favorites at the Walk for Nutmeg Senior Rides on March 11th.

North Central CT: Nutmeg Senior Rides Executive Director Margaret Hale announces that to celebrate Fifteen Years of Rides Steve Prout and Rob Blaney will perform Irish, Celtic, Bluegrass Folk and traditional favorites during the Annual Walk for Nutmeg Senior Rides. The Annual Walk in support of Nutmeg Senior Rides will kick off with registration at 10:30 am on March 11th inside the Enfield Square Mall. Walk will start at 11 am. Light lunch is served at Noon. Transportation is the link to independence, quality of life and social interaction. The mission of Nutmeg Senior Rides is to keep people over 50 active after they stop driving. Rides are given in private cars by dedicated volunteers and can include work, errands, and visiting loved ones at nursing homes. There is no restriction on the purpose of the ride. The service area includes the towns of Bloomfield, East Granby, East Windsor, Enfield, Granby, Somers, South Windsor, Suffield, Windsor and Windsor Locks.
