PMC Unpaved 2022

Renee chats with Jarrett Collins, President of PMC Unpaved about their upcoming ride!

PMC Unpaved is an off-road bike ride over the scenic backroads of the Berkshires in western Massachusetts to raise funds for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

PMC Unpaved is a spoke in the wheel of the Pan-Mass Challenge, a bike-a-thon that raises more money for charity than any other single athletic fundraising event in the country. This new off-road event – held for the first time in 2022 – is set in the scenic backroads of the Berkshires on gravel or mountain bikes.

PMC Unpaved enables those who love bikes but prefer to ride off-road to participate in the mission of raising funds for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

All 2022 PMC Unpaved participants are required to be fully vaccinated and must confirm during registration that they are or will be full vaccinated by the start of the event (September 30, 2022)

The Ride:

PMC Unpaved offers two fully-supported routes of 30 or 50 miles on October 1 along picturesque forests, lakes, and farmlands through western Massachusetts and New York.

Cyclists are invited to take part in a full weekend experience based at Camp Mah-Kee-Nac in Lenox, MA. Cyclists will be welcomed Friday night with a campfire, then ride on Saturday morning and later celebrate with an afternoon of fun at the camp. The weekend will conclude with a breakfast sendoff on Sunday.
