Newtown, CT (June 16, 2022) The Choose Love Movement™, will be holding a fundraiser at Quassy Amusement and Water Park in Middlebury, CT on June 30th where the Choose Love Bus will be making a stop. The fundraiser honors Jesse Lewis who was killed in the Sandy Hook tragedy and will benefit Choose Love’s free character social-emotional development programs for children and adults.
Supporting the fundraiser will provide exclusive access to the Choose Love Fieldside Pavilion where you’ll meet Scarlett Lewis, Chief Movement Officer of Choose Love, and the Choose Love Duck mascot. The Choose Love Bus is bringing the fun with Choose Love Formula™ stations hosting games, activities and crafts celebrating Courage, Gratitude, Forgiveness and Compassion-in-Action. Plus dine in the Choose Love food tent with free hot dogs, burgers, salads, fries, water, soda and birthday cake.
Quassy has more than two-dozen amusement and waterpark rides accommodating children of all ages with an assortment of kiddie and family thrill rides.
The all-inclusive fundraiser ticket is $40 each and includes access to all rides, the Water Park, exclusive access to the Choose Love Fieldside Pavilion, plus free food and parking.

About Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement:
Jesse Lewis lost his life in the Sandy Hook School tragedy in 2012. This event is in celebration of Jesse's 16th birthday. The theme of this event, “Have a Lot of Fun,” is the sweet message Jesse left behind for his older brother, JT. Proceeds will benefit Choose Love programming which provides free character social-emotional development to help children manage their emotions, feel connected, and have healthy, meaningful relationships.
