FISH of Greater New Haven chats about their mission to help homebound individuals with hunger insecurity! Renee DiNino, Director of Community Affairs for iHeartMedia in CT spoke with Jill Meyerhoff, Executive Director for FISH of Greater New Haven with Food in Service to the Homebound.

FISH Mission:

To deliver groceries to our homebound neighbors who are experiencing food insecurity. We are committed to alleviating the physical, emotional & financial stress caused by food insecurity.

FISH currently delivers 1,000 homebound households per month.

Hunger never takes a vacation it happens 365 days a year! Support is needed more than ever for food pantries!!

As the cost of goods to feed our clients and families rise we need more funds to “Fund Our Food Fund”. We will need to cover more costs this year than ever before-to buy FOOD and SUPPLIES to continue our mission!

2022 Great Give Campaign “FUND” OUR FOOD FUND May 4-5 a 36-hour online-giving event to support local nonprofits
