Listen Here:

This 18.4 mile adventure is set up for teams of three or solo participants to take on legs of about 3 miles each along a road course and a trail course. With a centrally located exchange zone, all participants start together, rotate between road and trail courses in the same pattern, and cross the same finish line.

Explore the natural beauty on well-marked roads and trails within Rocky Neck State Park, including the Bride Brook salt marsh, the historic stone Ellie Mitchell Pavilion and the Four Mile River tidal area.

Participants earn a commemorative crew neck sweatshirt, custom designed finisher medal and complimentary finish line photo. Register by March 13 to get a custom team bib too!

Run to support Operation Paws on the Ground in their mission to support the beneficial bond between veterans and canines. DETAILS
