Music psychologist Dr. Claire Renfrew found the perfect dopamine-boosting tracks to lift spirits. Renfew created a 25-track playlist of the top mood-boosting Christmas songs. All the songs are in a major key, feature bright, energetic vocals, range from 100 to 140 beats per minute, and have a catchy chorus.
