Must-Try Drinks on the Starbucks 2025 Fall Menu

The fan-favorite Starbucks pumpkin spice latte is back, along with new seasonally inspired drinks. Although it’s weeks before autumn officially arrives, the fall menu is available in stores now. Plus, it’s never too early to get into the spooky spirit. Here’s a list of the best drinks on the fall menu to try out.

  • Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew: This drink is made with cold brew, vanilla syrup, pumpkin cream cold foam, and topped with pumpkin spice. If you prefer bitter coffee, this is the perfect drink for you. The vanilla softens the bitter cold brew, and the flavors are complemented with the light pumpkin flavored cold foam.
  • Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai: This drink is made with chai concentrate, milk, pumpkin cream cold foam, and pumpkin spice. If you have a sweet tooth, try out this drink. The chai concentrate is sweet, however the black tea base with cinnamon and spices mixes perfectly with the pumpkin cream flavor for a fall taste.
  • Pumpkin Spice Latte: You can't go wrong with this fan-favorite seasonal latte made with espresso, pumpkin syrup, and steamed milk. Year after year, the pumpkin spice latte is the most popular drink, as it’s not too sweet and it’s made with real pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • Pecan Oat Milk Cortado: This brand-new drink is made with three shots of blonde espresso, pecan flavoring, steamed oat milk, and pecan crunch topping, creating a sweet, brown-sugary aroma. Don't be alarmed by the size of the drink, a cortado is a teeny-tiny latte with a half and half ratio of milk to espresso.
  • Pecan Crunch Oat Milk Latte: This drink is made with blonde espresso, oat milk, pecan crunch topping, and the iced drink comes with nondairy vanilla sweet cream cold foam. This drink is sweeter than the cortado, and has buttery, nutty notes, with a light caramel flavor.
