Meet the CT Humane Society's Adoptable Pet of the Week: Peppa

Meet Peppa...a five-year-old white and black American Staffordshire Terrier Mix. She is a sweet girl with a joyful personality. Peppa is a CHS staff favorite; she loves spending time with people and enjoys walking outside.

This adorable girl is a QUEEN, and a queen needs a castle of her very own. She will do well in a home where she can be the only pet and soak up all of your love and affection like the true royalty that she is. She can live in any size home, including apartments, as long as she has a comfy place to rest her head.

Peppa has her moments of energy and will be a great fit for a family that can adapt to her exuberant play style. She is an excellent dog with lots of potential and will do well with a family that has general dog experience. While she does have some special needs, she has plenty of life and love to give. An adoption counselor will be happy to go over Peppa's needs and personality with you, when you come to visit her.

If you are in love with Peppa, she is available in Newington.
