Gordo is a very handsome guy these days, but it took a lot of work to get him there! When Gordo arrived at the Connecticut Humane Society, his skin was in bad shape due to uncontrolled allergies. He used everything from the floor, to a food dish as a scratching post because he was so itchy. Under the care of the staff veterinary team, Gordo started taking medicine, eating special food and getting bathed with soothing shampoo. Luckily, his fur has grown back and he’s no longer itchy! Gordo will need to stay on his medicine and special food so he can stay comfortable and furry. Gordo is a big mush, and he loves to cuddle, play and just hang out. He's a great walker and is also an office helper.
