Meet Ziggy! He might have funny ears and some scars here and there from living outside, but that all just gives him character! He’s discovered he loves feeling safe indoors, getting chin scratchies from humans, and having nice places to lay for a nap. This handsome boy is about 8 years old. As he is FIV positive, he is seeking an indoor home. He may enjoy living with other kitties, provided that they are indoor cats too.
Fun fact: He likes to scoop food out from his bowl with his paw and put it on the floor to eat. He’d been living outside as a stray that someone was taking care of, and one day it was very clear he needed medical care asap, and that’s how he ended up with us. So he’s not so used to indoor living things like bowls. But he’s very sweet, even if he is sort of quiet. He has some wear and tear from living outside (patches of missing fur), but he’s been enjoying feeling pampered and spoiled at CHS.
