Montana is a very loyal girl, extremely loving, affectionate and protective of her people. Montana would be best suited for someone with an active lifestyle that can give her the physical and mental stimulation she requires and has strong handling experience, due to her strength and size.
Montana's ideal person would be someone with a pack leader mentality, that she can form a bond with, as Montana looks to her handler for consistency in her daily routine and direction when encountering new people or situations.
We are looking for someone with breed experience/similar protective breed experience, who has minimal foot traffic in the home. Montana would thrive in a home with someone who understands the needs and temperament of her breed. Montana requires slow introductions to new situations and people, as she's extremely protective.
Montana loves to go for walks, run around chasing tennis balls and has a soft spot for any game that involves water.
Montana has successfully completed level 1 and 2 training with Our Companions and is looking forward to level 3.
Montana is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
