All CT State Park Campgrounds will be closed as of 4 p.m. Saturday August 21stthrough 1 p.m. Sunday August 22nd, and will be subject to additional closure based on conditions at that time.
All campers in all campgrounds will be REQUIRED to leave the campground during that period. There will be no exceptions. RV equipment (trailers, motorhomes) MAY remain, at the risk of the owner, but campers need to know that they maynotreturn to retrieve equipment or anything else during the closure period. All other equipment (tents, and everything else) must be broken-down and stored inside RVs or taken off site.
