Eat Well to Prevent Diabetes
Sticking to a healthy eating plan is important when trying to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes, but it isn’t always easy.
Here are 3 tips to keep you motivated:
- Use frozen fruit and veggies as a convenient and quick way to increase your fiber
- Create a weekly meal plan and shopping list to ensure you have all the right food in your pantry or fridge
- Make mealtime fun by setting out candles, eating breakfast foods at dinnertime or having the family dress up every once in a while, for dinner.
