About ECHN’s Network of Distinction Designation
The State of Connecticut health plan and Signify Health has designated ECHN as part of its Network of Distinction, for seven key procedures. As part of this network, ECHN has been identified as one that provides improved patient outcomes at a competitive fixed price for care from evaluation to recovery. The hospitals, health systems and physician groups selected into the Network of Distinction all have low rates of complications and below-average episode prices – and deliver high quality and affordable care.
ECHN’s designation makes choosing a hospital simpler, because independent experts have made the comparisons for you, based on strict quality and value standards. Manchester Memorial Hospital and Rockville General Hospital are among just five hospitals in all of Connecticut to get the nod.
