President Biden, First Lady Dr Jill Biden, Vice President Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff will mark the grim milestone of over 500,000 lives lost to the pandemic Monday evening at 6:15pm with a candle lighting ceremony and a moment of silence. President Biden will speak before the ceremony.
