Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker to roll back reopen phases. Baker said that effective Sunday, all communities will go to Step 1 of Phase 3.

The move means that some businesses will have to close, including indoor performance venues and high-contact recreational businesses. In addition, tables at restaurants will move down from 10 people to 6 people. Outdoor gathering sizes will go down from a limit of 100 people to 50 people.
