Join 4 of CT’s top Chef’s (virtually) in raising money for Vie for the Kids. Each box is $120 and will serve 2.

MENU

First Course– Bill Taibe – Kawa Ni: Miso barley shiitake soup

Second Course– Tyler Anderson – Millwrights: Duck confit pot pie, winter vegetables, biscuit crust

Main Course– Craig Hutchinson – Olmo: Braised Baseball Cut Pork Shoulder, Cippolini Onions, Charred Bagel Romesco, Everything Everything Spice

Dessert– Jeff Lizzote – Present Company: Araguani chocolate fondant , apple cider poached pears, sea salt caramel mousse
