Michaels Jewelers Unveils A Special Holiday Partnership with Connecticut Children's

Locally-owned and operated diamond and fine jewelry retailer, Michaels Jewelers, announces its upcoming Semi-Annual Sale, with a bevy of new service offerings aimed to secure and inspire during this anything-but-usual holiday shopping season. Owners Camile Hannoush and his family are championing their 9 Connecticut-based stores to expand beyond their already-elite customer services through easy-to-schedule private, personal shopping appointments, first-in-class safety practices, and a heart-warming dedication to local philanthropy.

Michaels Jewelers will be offering a special “Angel Wing Collection” of delightfully giftable 14K gold jewelry, as well as sterling silver options, with 25% of proceeds benefitting Connecticut Children’s - the only health system in the state dedicated exclusively to the care of children. Last year alone, Connecticut Children’s cared for 114,042 patients with nearly 11,000 surgeries performed and 6,000 premature babies treated in its NICUs – and no child is ever turned away.

All Michaels Jewelers locations have installed instagrammable "Angel Michael Wings" art created by Tanya Hannoush. Customers and the overall community can visit any location and support Connecticut Children's by taking personal photos with the "Angel Michael Wings" art and purchasing items from the "Angel Michael Wings" Collection.

Additionally, Michaels Jewelers will host its anticipated Semi Annual Sale. The sale will take place across all stores and online beginning Saturday, November 14th through Sunday, November 22 nd . In a year with seemingly non-stop complications, Michaels Jewelers is committed to making its shopping experience its best-ever – with no sacrificing. For the first time, customers will be able to book an appointment online on MichaelsJewelers.com for a private, in-store appointment with their own personal jeweler – at any location of their choosing. Customers can feel empowered to shop on their own terms, when they are most comfortable – knowing that they will receive expedited and compassionate service – without any pressure.

For the safety of its customers and staff, Michaels staff are regularly disinfecting all surfaces, cleaning all jewelry & restricting the maximum amount of people in the store. Protective face masks are required for shoppers while in-store. Michaels Jewelers customers are also invited in for complimentary jewelry cleanings as we all focus more intently on our safety and wellbeing.

Camile Hannoush and his immediate family have routinely been generous donors and supporters of Connecticut Children's. “Since 1885, Michaels Jewelers has been a family company, and my children and I are devoted to keeping it that way. We’re approaching this 2020 holiday season holding steadfast to our values,” commented Michaels Jewelers’ Owner, Camile Hannoush. “We’ve all re-learned the worth of our health, our time, our family, and our community this year. We’re dedicated not only to helping our clients find exceptional diamond and fine jewelry – we want them to feel loved and cared for, and know that their community is being loved and cared for - the way only a true family-run, local business can.” For PR inquiries, please contact Caitlin Shockley at The Creative: caitlin@thecreativenyc.com or 646.584.2707
