The Doors Members To Play Homeless Benefit

The surviving members of The Doors are set to reunite next year for a benefit show for homeless charities.Robby Krieger and John Densmore will represent the band on stage at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on January 23rd, 2020.

“Homeward Bound: A Benefit For The Homeless Community” also features performances by Jason Mraz, Ingrid Michaelson, Fitz and the Tantrums, Dave Stewart, and some more “special guests” to-be-announced. The concert benefits the foundation People Assisting The Homeless (PATH), which provides health care, housing, and employment assistance to California’s homeless community.

“When you get the brass ring, it is natural to give back,” says Densmore in a statement. “I wish the 1% felt the same.” Tickets for the event go on sale today at 12pm ETHERE.
