Diane Benedetto was a wife to her husband Jack Benedetto, a mother to her three daughters Diane, Christina, and Amanda, and a grandmother to her six grandkids Sonny, Miley, Dominic, Dylan, Luciano, and Gianni. She was her happiest when she was doing something with her family or in the kitchen cooking for them. She was a fun loving and happy person that always looked on the bright side of things. She also loved more than anything riding on the back of her husband's Harley Davidson as she always felt free.
On the night of June 21, 2017, Diane and Jack were hit by a drunk driver while out on their motorcycle. Jack was transported to the hospital and suffered serious injuries. That day has had a lasting impact on Diane's family and friends. All of our lives have been shattered by the irresponsible act of drunk driving. It only took a split second and so many lives were changed forever. Diane was a fun loving and happy person that would do anything for anybody. Because of alcohol and driving while under the influence Diane will not get to experience her daughters or her six grandchildren grow up and all the happiness that life has to offer. All of our lives are forever changed but Diane “Hef” Benedetto will live on in our hearts and thoughts forever!
