Billy Joel Treats A Fellow Piano Man To His Baby Grand!

When Billy Joel does his one-show-a-month residency at New York's Madison Square Garden, he's usually joined by a special guest for a song or two.

This month, he welcomed Logan Riman from Brooklyn, New York. Not a household name like such guests as Bruce Springsteen and Paul Simon, but they didn't get to play Billy's piano.

Logan is 14 years old and blind. He was scheduled to meet Billy before the show, but instead of just a handshake, photo and autograph, Billy invited Logan to play his piano on stage just after soundcheck. They played "Piano Man" together.

The meeting was set up by the Garden's non-profit Garden of Dreams Foundation.

Billy plays Coors Field in Denver on August 8th, and he's back at the Garden for his 67th consecutive show on August 28th.
