Suicide Prevention Training - QPR

Suicide Prevention Training - QPR

Veterans Strong Community Center is partnering with Resilience Grows Here to offer an opportunity for all members of the community to become trained in QPR suicide prevention. As part of their mental health strategy, RGH is offering a FREE 90-minute training program suitable for all members of the public – no prior training is required. QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer -- 3 simple steps that anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year. Each year thousands of Americans, like you, are saying "Yes" to saving the life of a friend, colleague, sibling, or neighbor.
