Bark-dough-berfest!
You're invited to join us for Bark-dough-berfest at DoughLuv, an edible cookie dough shop in Colchester (24 Norwich Ave), on Saturday October 20th from 2pm-6pm. Proceeds from all the fall flavors will go to Presents for Paws, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in East Haddam that collects and distributes much needed food and supplies to municipal pounds and shelters in CT.
Because October is also “Adopt a Shelter Dog” month, we thought it would be a “sweet” way raise awareness of Presents for Paws’s mission and expand our ability to help the many shelter pets who are looking for their forever homes! Don't forget the dog! DoughLuv has doggie-safe cookie dough for them, too :) Proceeds from Doggie Dough will also go to Presents for Paws!
Funds from this event will help Presents for Paws provide not only food and supplies to shelters, but also will help the newly-established medical fund, which financially assists shelters when they take in animals suffering from severe abuse/neglect that require extra veterinary care.
