Hi Renee, Our family loves these cookies and looks forward to them, made only at Christmas.
Brandy Balls
- 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup blackberry brandy or rum
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar ( plus more for rolling)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons Karo corn syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
- Refrigerate until cold.
- Roll into balls and roll in confectioner's sugar.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
