The picture of the cookies is attached. The recipe is one we “Borrowed” from King Arthur, so please give credit to them … We didn’t have enough oats, so we added a little extra flour to get the right consistency … We also used a combination of regular size chocolate chips, and mini chips – trying to use up what we had open in the cupboard!

I made the cookies the other day, at his request – he was not feeling great, and asked if I would bake some up … Normally, he’s the baker at home so the fact that he trusted me to do this was quite sweet of him!
