Ingredients
1 Can pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling
¼ Cup peanut butter
¼ Cup milk
3 Cups old fashioned oats, divided
Directions
- In a bowl, add the pumpkin puree, peanut butter and milk. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium-high until all ingredients are well combined. Gradually add 2 ½ cups old fashioned oats at low speed, beating just until the oats are incorporated.
- Using a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into 1 ¼- 1 ½ inch balls, which should yield about 20 peanut butter paws.
- Cover and refrigerate until firm, about one hour.
