Hundreds of Hartford Families to Receive 32,000 Pounds of Food and Essentials from PepsiCo and Feed the Children
Hartford-based Community Renewal Team (CRT), the community action agency for Hartford and Middlesex counties, is working with PepsiCo and Feed the Children to bring food and daily essentials to 800 Hartford families.
This is the seventh year for this program to help families in Hartford, where more than 37 percent of the population lives below the poverty line. These families have been identified and preselected by staff at the Community Renewal Team.
