Have you heard the buzz? Backyard Beekeeping classes are coming to the sanctuary! Join Peter Ferreira, certified master beekeeper, to learn

the time-honored tradition of keeping and caring for bees. Sanctuary classes introduce beekeeping to adults and children (12 and older and must be accompanied by an adult) in order to support and improve the environment for honey bees, wild bees, and other pollinators.

Reserve your spot now to begin your beekeeping adventure! Space is limited to 12 registrants per class. All classes are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, rain dates have been set aside as July 24th and October 23rd. Classes are not recommended for anyone with bee allergies.

Individual classes will be offered for $50 per class based on availability starting April 12th.

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Renee's Movie Pick:

A new movie this weekend with Morgan Freeman, we’re in!!! In theatres or HBO Max

Vanquish: From the director of Double Take, Middle Men, and The Poison Rose comes this stylish, glossy action-thriller starring Morgan Freeman (Se7en) and Ruby Rose ("Orange Is the New Black") that shows what desperation can drive a person to do. A mother, Victoria (Rose), is trying to put her dark past as a Russian drug courier behind her, but retired cop Damon (Freeman) forces Victoria to do his bidding by holding her daughter hostage. Now, Victoria must use guns, guts, and a motorcycle to take out a series of violent gangsters — or she may never see her child again.
