Hey check it out! There's a new study that just came out that that found that kids who have more fruits and vegetables in their diets have the highest mental well being scores

Right? I mean...did we need a study to tell us that? Anyway...
They studied 8500 kids in England. The kids who ate the most vegetables scored the best on mental health tests (what do you think they ask you in a mental health test?)
Middle schoolers who have energy drinks for breakfast scored low. (again, I wonder what kinda questions they ask on these tests) 10% didn't eat any fruits or veggies at all!
