Really? Too Much Exercise Can Kill You?

Exercising Too Much Can Increase Heart Attack Risk-All things in moderation, are words to live by. Literally. 

A new study from the University of Illinois at Chicago and Kaiser Permanente found that people who exercise more than seven hours a week are twice as likely to suffer heart disease.

White men in that group were 86 percent more likely to experience arterial buildup by middle age. The same didn’t apply to black men. Researchers tracked more than three-thousand people over 25 years. The team also notes that they aren't telling anyone to stop exercising.

The team went into the study assuming more exercise gives you a lower risk of the disease.
