Bali is patiently waiting for that special person who will understand his specific needs to adopt him. One look and you can't help but fall in love with this 4 year old handsome, quirky guy. He was found wandering the streets and rescued by a good Samaritan. He is a friendly black and tan Siamese tabby mix who loves attention. Bali does have some medical issues. He has abnormal corneal opacification and has seen a specialist. He can distinguish light from dark, but his vision is limited and unfortunately cannot be corrected. He is also limited on the type food he can eat. Are you that special person Bali has been hoping for?
