Spring Grooming Pet Tips

  • Dogs can shed year-round, but shedding might be especially heavy for a couple weeks in spring as dogs lose their winter coats

  • When it comes to grooming, there’s more than just a bath needed! All dogs benefit from getting their ears cleaned out, nails cutdown, and a really good brushing and bath-- Remember that different coat types may require different brushes

  • Although grooming is important, it is also important to not over bathe your pup, as that results in dry skin and isn’t good for their overall coat. We recommend every eight to twelve weeks.
